The audit form
When you run a visibility audit we collect the business name, city, website address and email you enter. We use them to run the checks and to send you the report. The business name and city may also be sent to third-party services needed to perform the checks.
Audit results may be cached on our server temporarily so repeat lookups do not re-run the same checks. Your email is kept so that we can follow up about the report. If you would rather we deleted it, email us and we will.
The contact form
Name, email, business and message. These are sent to us so we can reply and refer back to the conversation.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details or add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Third parties
Some website and audit functions rely on third-party infrastructure or APIs. Each service receives only what is needed for that function. Our hosting provider necessarily processes traffic to this site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@aibytechnologies.com and we will action it.
