A busy workshop with a website that scored 34 on mobile PageSpeed and took over six seconds to appear on a typical connection. Most visitors never saw it. The owner assumed the traffic simply was not there.
What we did
Rebuilt rather than patched
The old site was a page builder carrying a dozen plugins. We rebuilt it by hand, which removed most of the weight before any optimisation was needed.
Connected it to the listing
Made the Google profile and the site consistent, so the two reinforce each other rather than competing.
